My friend Martin posted a great article via Twitter earlier this week from the Wall Street Journal. The post “Erika Hall : Demystifying the Concept of Design” is a quick and direct read that addresses a variety of fundamentals surrounding good design. Design is not mystical thing that’s simply added to “provide polish to a core service”.
