Translate information and materials from the context of research into the real world<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Reduce complex, detailed research procedure manuals into simpler, user-friendly training materials<\/li>\n<li>Integrate the content developers (e.g., researchers) as training content experts<\/li>\n<li>Develop \u201cimplementation-ready\u201d products from research protocols<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3>Step 2. Design in-person and\/or online training products<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define the scope of the trainings (agenda, timing, mix of teaching techniques, breadth and depth of course materials, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Choose online learning options appropriate to their needs and resources \u2013 ranging from lecture capture to studio-developed content<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Step 3.
