{"id":5737,"date":"2013-07-10T18:53:51","date_gmt":"2013-07-10T18:53:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.pixelube.com\/work\/c4c\/?page_id=5737"},"modified":"2013-07-10T18:53:51","modified_gmt":"2013-07-10T18:53:51","slug":"report-an-innovation","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.pixelube.com\/work\/c4c\/for-researchers\/get-started\/report-an-innovation\/","title":{"rendered":"Report An Innovation"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Report an Innovation<\/h1>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Confidential<\/em><\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">Record of Innovation (ROI) Form<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"left\">This ROI form is used for disclosing innovations to the UW Center for Commercialization including mechanical devices, materials, software, digital media and copyrighted works.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b>Please note the following steps to the ROI submission process:<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Step 1: Complete and submit your ROI information online using the form below.\u00a0<em>If needed, you may save your work using the\u00a0<b>Save<\/b>\u00a0feature at the bottom of this form and submit your ROI when completed.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Step 2: After submitting your information online you will be prompted to\u00a0<em>print a copy of the form to collect the necessary signatures<\/em>\u00a0from your contributors.\u00a0 Forward to the UW Center for Commercialization (Attn: ROI Coordinator) via campus mail (Box 354990).<\/p>\n<p>You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of receipt of this electronic ROI. Please reply to this email and attach any additional information such as manuscripts, grant applications or any other materials that help describe the innovation if available.
