Pioneer Hi-Bred is a Dupont business and based out of Iowa.<\/p>\n<p>Using computational protein design technology licensed through the UW\u2019s Center for Commercialization, Arzeda is working to develop custom designed enzymes that are of commercial significance to Pioneer Hi-Bred in the areas of gene discovery and agricultural solutions.<\/p>\n<p>Arzeda\u2019s technology originated in the lab of professor David Baker, an internationally renowned biochemist with the University of Washington.
