Logo Design Process Broken Down by Arron Draplin

I came across this video over the break. If you’re a logo designer or at all interested in the process you should definitely take a look. If you’re not familiar, Arron Draplin is a super talent. Based in Portland, he’s designed an array of logos for the likes of United Pixelworkers, Patagonia and Sub Pop.

I have to admit I was a bit hesitant to post this one; Draplin makes logo design look way too easy. He brakes things down into their simplest terms. It’s pretty poetic really. I do want to emphasize though, logo design is not easy, it’s a process, good results take time!
